Ingredients
- 2 cups (473 ml) coconut milk
- 1 14 – ounce (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (473 ml) Puerto Rican rum
- 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- Ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Blend milks, rum and egg yolks in a blender until frothy. Chill until ready to serve.
- Pour into glasses, dust each glass with ground cinnamon and serve with cinnamon sticks.
