Join us for our South Texas Summer Night at GW ‘s BBQ on July 31st at 6:30 PM. Recently ranked #5 on Texas Monthly’s annual Best BBQ Joints list, GW BBQ is a family-owned gem you must try! This special evening will feature pitmaster George Watts III, who is putting a fresh spin on their signature Central Texas BBQ style by infusing South Texas flavors and ingredients into a one-of-a-kind menu.
Dinner will be served family style, true to BBQ spirit, and guests will enjoy an intimate Q&A session with the GW BBQ crew!

In her times harvesting oysters in San Martin Lake, searching for urchins at the jetties, and battling red drums at the bay, she carries on the traditions of those who have maintained this way of life. It’s here, amidst the salty air and magical ecosystems, that she finds the spark to bring the essence of the tide to your table—a playful, artistic symphony of flavors born from the heart of our Brownsville Shrimp Basin.
