Mathers Mamma Marinade

Servings 3 and 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1½ cups salad oil
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon course ground pepper
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1½ teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together to prepare marinade. Marinate for 10–30 minutes.
- Grill on a very hot pit, with ribs down first. Do not cook past medium-rare. You don’t want to overcook.
Notes
This marinade can also be used on beef and wild game. Edward’s mother used this recipe to make her delicious shish kabobs. Double or triple the recipe to make more.
